Make grievance redressal panel a norm

Advertisement have to be mentally prepared before joining any organisation and they should take immediate and strict action without any delay if they face sexual harassment at work
Rajwinder Kaur, Bathinda Joshi4_compressed.jpgGirls must discuss office and work-related problems with their parents so that the latter can get a clear picture of the environment of office their daughters are working in
Mamta Joshi, Bathinda per norms, every organisation must have women grievance redressal committee but ground reality is different. Government must keep tabs on complaints of women in different organisations
Pooja Jaura, Bathinda cannot be forced to go on late-hour assignments but still if some girl is going out as a part of her job, office in-charge must make proper arrangement for her security
Maninder Kaur, Bathinda

Safety in the office entirely depends upon us. We cannot blame others. Girls should maintain a distance from their colleagues to avoid any unsavoury situation at workplace
Manpreet Jassal, Bathinda sandhu4_compressed.jpgDon't cower if you are facing harassment because it gives the perpetrator a chance to commit same misdeed again with full confidence. It leaves a negative impact if such things are ignored
Reet Sandhu, Bathinda Goyal4_compressed.jpgWorkshops should be organised for men on their behaviour with their female colleagues. Office should have more than one girl worker so that the other girl can work in comfort
Chetna Goyal, Bathinda grievance redressal committee should mostly have women so that an aggrieved girl can share her problem without hesitation. Late working hours should be avoided for girls
Arshveer Kaur, Bathinda
