With an eye on the upcoming 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Bharatiya Janata Party mahila morcha has appointed Umesh Bhadauria as its secretary.
Bhadauria was working as the president of district mahila morcha, Ludhiana, before her appointment as secretary.
Bhadauria will be expected to strengthen the team of mahila morcha at the grass root level by approaching maximum women in districts of the state.
Bhadauria said that bringing all members of the party including men and women would ensure that National Democratic Alliance (NDA) comes back to power at the Centre.
“With the mission of winning the 2014 Lok Sabha elections,” Umesh Bhadauria said that it was in 1986 when she joined BJP as ward president. She was promoted as mandal president and later she served as general secretary for two tenures for the district mahaila morcha team.
Her last assignment as district president of mahila morcha was challenging as she raised the voice against the wrong policies of Congress party at the Centre.
In the last 27 years, Bhadauria has worked for the unity of party members and in ensuring that BJP party in alliance with Shiromani Akali Dal emerge as winner in the general assembly and Lok Sabha elections.
She claimed that the NDA will be back at the Centre and all the workers of BJP will ensure the victory under the guidance of Gujrat chief minister Narendra Modi.
