Sampla said Amarinder had no concrete issue to reach out to the people of Punjab and was resorting to such gimmicks as guided by the strategists hired by him. “The strategists are preparing agenda for him on day-to-day basis involving a lot of drama,” said Sampla.

He said Amarinder and the Aam Admi Party are defaming Punjab in the name of drugs. The Congress was making fun of religious tradition of burning the demon king’s effigy on Dussehra.

“Amarinder is scared of losing the polls for the third time and is taking the help of effigies to save his political existence,” added Sampla.
