The court order stated that except Amarinder and Surveen, other accused intentionally didn’t receive the bailable warrants though sent to their accurate addresses.

“In these circumstances, it transpires that accused are intentionally avoiding their service. Through, in order to speed up their summoning process, procure their presence, let the accused be summoned through non-bailable arrest warrants for July 7,” said the order.

Notably, a Sunam court too has issued bailable warrants against the cast and crew of the said movie for June 6 on the complaint of advocate Harinder Lally.
