BJP delegation meets Patil

A delegation of local Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led by its president Sanjay Tandon met UT administrator Shivraj Patil on Saturday.

The delegation comprised former union minister Harmohan Dhawan and former MP Satya Pal Jain, besides other leaders. The leaders handed over a representation and highlighted the demolition of godowns in Kishangarh village on April 18.

They said according to land acquisition officer, only buildings running commercial activity were to be razed, but only the godowns of BJP workers were demolished and those of others
were spared.

Four godowns of BJP leader Bhajan Singh Maru were demolished. The leaders also pointed out that couple of houses were demolished in Raipur Kalan.
