The Punjab State Power Corp Ltd(PSPCL) has set up 24X7 nodal complaint centers in each division for the convenience of consumers in the state.
Consumers are requested to register electricity supply related complaints or obtain Power Supply related information from phone numbers of concerned Area/Sub Division, an official spokesman said.

He said the state government has ordered Deputy Commissioners (DCs) to closely monitor whether farmers are receiving the allocated 8 hours power supply for paddy season.

In case discrepancies are identified, they have to submit a report to the state government, he said.

The Punjab government is committed to ensure farmers receive uninterrupted power supply in this designated duration to facilitate maximisation of crop production, he said.

In case consumers face any difficulty in registration of complaint or their complaint is not attended to, they can contact Senior Executive Engineer of the concerned area, he said.

If any complaint is not registered/not attended to/ relevant information regarding electric supply is not provided, consumers can contact central control room established at the Head Office, Patiala, he said.
