Online college admission starts

The higher education department on Friday introduced an online college admission system (OCAS) for the academic year 2014-15. Additional chief secretary of higher education, SS Prasad, said those seeking admission to government colleges in Haryana would be able to apply only through OCAS, as no offline mode of application was available.

Admissions will begin from June 15, 2014, and the last date for receiving applications is June 30, 2014. Applications can be submitted online at www. highereduhry.com. For further queries, applicants can call the toll free number 18001802104 at anytime between 8 am and 8 pm on all working days or write to the department at admissionshrygovt@gmail.com.
