Amidst huge protest Transport and Highway minister Oscar Fernandes inaugurates National Students' Union of India help desk at Panjab University. Police finds it difficult to handle the situation wherelse PU authorities nowhere to be seen.

"Repair work in Uttrakhand will be started soon. Congress is proud of its efforts in Uttrakhand," said Oscar Fernandes. he also added that Modi is no threat and Congress will prove its point yet again.
