He has a film corporation by the name of Kota Film Corporation, also known as KFC Cinema, and produced the film 'Nandheeswarudu' in 2012.

Dr Reddy was accused of solving the question paper leaked by the seven girls arrested from various exam centres in Chandigarh. He was arrested from one of the many hideouts of the gang that was operating throughout the country.

Dr Reddy has a Facebook page, where he is mentioned as the producer of the film 'Nandheeswarudu' under the banner of KFC Cinema and lives near Siddiamber Bazaar in Hyderabad, as the map points out in his page. He has 130 friends and his brother, Janardhana Dravida Narasimhappa, also figures in his friend list.

The producers of the film are Kota Gangadhar Reddy and Segu Ramesh Babu. The film is directed by Anji Srinu and is the remake of a Kannada film 'Deadly Soma'. It is a high-voltage action masala film in which Nandamuri Tarakaratna plays the title role and Sheena Shahabadi his love interest.

Dr Reddy, who was present in the court, when asked about this, smiled before leaving with the CBI officials. According to officials in the CBI, he has accepted that he is a producer of Telugu films.
