Talking to mediapersons here on Tuesday, the 26-year-old victim, a resident of Kot Todar Mal village under Qadian police station, said that she, along with her husband, performed as a singer in rural fairs. She claimed that a few months ago, Malwinder Singh, one of her relatives, introduced her to travel agent Navdeep Singh, who demanded  Rs. 80,000 to send her abroad, along with husband.

She said she paid the money but even after passage of 5months neither Navdeep sent her abroad nor returned her money.
