Hailing the decision of the Punjab and Haryana high court setting aside the Haryana government's decision of transferring around 350-acre acquired land in Wazirabad village, Gurgaon, to Delhi Land and Finance (DLF) developers in 2010, the principal opposition party Indian National Lok Dal has demanded resignation of chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on moral grounds.

Also urging upon the Haryana governor to dissolve the state government, INLD leader Abhay Chautala said the said court order had once again proved numerous irregularities in the land deals. He demanded a probe into all the land deals of the state government under the supervision of a sitting judge of high court or the Supreme Court.

Reminding the "chargesheet" recently submitted by the INLD to governor Kaptan Singh Solanki, he said it had the said deal too and the INLD had demanded registration of criminal cases against Hooda for such land deals.
