Accused Aseem (20) was booked under Section 354 (outraging modesty) of IPC after he allegedly misbehaved with the girl, a resident of Phase 10, who had visited the Cleopatra Day Spa along with her mother on Friday.

Police said the victim's mother had left the saloon for some work and the accused took advantage of the situation and committed the crime. The girl called up her father and told him about the incident.

The manager told police that the girl was given a head massage and beauty treatment, and that many other clients were present at the time when the girl claimed the staff misbehaved with her.

"We have asked for the CCTV footage from the spa, and will go through it. Only after scanning the footage will further action be taken," said Atul Soni, SHO of Phase 11 police station.
