Chef Vikas Khanna helm mocktail workshop in Jalandhar

Professional bartenders got a chance to demonstrate their skills at a workshop on non-alcoholic beverages, "Shaken and Stirred", organised by CT Institute of Hotel Management (CTIHM) at The Brewmaster on Monday under the guidance of Chef Vikas Khanna.

As many as 200 students and housewives took part in the workshop.

Various refreshing mocktails like On the Go, Soothe, Revive, Savour, Chill, Restrain, Trick and Treat, Inspire and Rise a Toast were prepared by renowned bartenders under the guidance of Khanna which was a great learning experience for the participants.

Khanna also launched his book on non-alcoholic beverages and 30 lucky winners were awarded an autographed copy.

Bartenders showcased their juggling and flaring skills, which were centre of attraction.

Dr. Rohit Sarin, director, CTIHM said that this workshop will be very beneficial to students and housewives as summers had drawn near.
