Chhotepur’s APP announces heads of state, zonal wings

The Aapna Punjab Party (APP) in a recently held core committee meeting announced in-charges of its various state and zonal-level wings.

Daljit Singh Sodhi will head the state environment and peace wing, Jatin Sood will be in-charge of trade and industry wing, Harmilap Singh Garewal will head the RTI wing and Santosh Parsad will be in charge of parvasi wing.

Hardev Singh Takhanwadh, Balbir Singh Chumber, Vicky Bhanot and Yadvinder Singh Derabassi will be state joint secretaries. JS Chandi, Harwinder Singh Maan and Ashok Dogra have been chosen as party spokespersons. Gurdip Singh has been made Moga district president.

To strengthen the party at the grassroots level, the committee decided to divide the state into eight zones and appointed their in-charges to oversee and handle organisational work.

Keeping in mind the upcoming assembly elections, the committee decided to assign work of receiving applications, short-listing and recommending these to the party selection committee to zonal in-charges.

Ashok Dogra will be in-charge of constituencies falling in Pathankot, Gurdaspur and Kapurthala while Gurinder Singh Bajwa will oversee constituencies in Amritsar and Tarn Taran. Jasveer Singh Dhaliwal will head Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Rupnagar, SAS Nagar and Fatehgarh Sahib.

While Hardip Singh Kingra and Gurprit Singh Sandhu will head constituencies in Ferozepur, Fazilka, Faridkot, Muktsar and Moga, Jasjit Singh Gill will oversee constituencies in Ludhiana.

Harinder Singh Cheema will oversee constituencies in Jalandhar and Hoshiarpur and Narinder Bhagta will be in-charge of Bathinda and Mansa. RR Bhardwaj and Amandeep Singh Boparai would oversee constituencies in Patiala, Barnala and Sangrur.
