Ludhiana unsafe for children
The city has witnessed over 20 such incidents of crime in the previous two months when minor children have been raped or molested. In most of the cases, the victim children belong to family of migrants who stay in congested quarters and are alone most of the day with both their parents off to work. In majority of the cases, the accused were the neighbours of victims.
