On the call of the PSEB employees joint forum, members of the PSEB employees federation, technical service union, ministerial service union, and workers' federation participated in the agitation and burnt an effigy of the Powercom management.

Employee leaders Karamchand Bhardwaj, Surinder Singh, Jagtar Singh, and Manjit Singh Chehal charged the management with being anti-worker.
