"Couples live together for years with mutual consent and then one fine day if their relationships face problems, the girl accuses the boy of raping him. It is a senseless thing, which we allow to happen," Siwach said, adding that if there was any law pertaining to live-in relationships, it should be scrapped as it was being misused by some.

The ABHM president also said that there should be a male commission, where the men facing false allegations could go, as there are times when men are not entertained by the women's commission.

The Hindu Mahasabha also demanded widower pension scheme. Siwach said, "A man also suffers in the manner as a woman does after her partner's death. Therefore, a man should also be provided with widower pension so that he can manage his affairs."
