MP and SAD candidate Harsimrat Kaur Badal has asked Congress-PPP candidate Manpreet Singh Badal to tell the people about the issues he stood for.

In a statement here on Thursday, she said that Manpreet should tell the people which symbol he stood for, kite, that supposedly stands for removing poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, price rise and corruption or the Congress party’s hand.

She said that the PPP chief should disclose whether he was in favour of the food security act and free agricultural power subsidy to farmers and other facilities being given to the underprivileged in Punjab.

She said that he should also tell the people whether he supported the corruption let loose by the Congress-led UPA government and the policies that have led to unprecedented inflation.
