Union minister for food processing and member parliament from Bathinda, Harsimrat Kaur Badal, condemned the statements of Pakistan’s joint investigation team probing Pathankot terror attack that India has failed to provide appropriate evidence regarding involvement of Pakistan based terrorist group behind the attack.
“It is unfortunate and wrong on the part of joint investigation team to give such statements after probing the issue in India”, said Harsimrat, on the sidelines of sangat darshan programme in Bathinda villages on Sunday.
The joint investigation team (JIT) returned back to Pakistan after visiting India force station in Pathankot last week. Meanwhile, targeting congress and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), union minister for food processing on Sunday said the arrival of political strategists for Congress in Punjab and Aam Aadmi Partys’ (AAP) survey for 2017 polls which a predicted a sweep by the partyu are signs of both the parties coming to an end in state.
Harsimrat said that the Congress party and its leaders have lost innings at all the fronts, which has forced them to take support of election strategists.
“Rejected twice by the people of Punjab, the Congress is now on its last legs in state and by the 2017 polls it will be wiped off the face of state”, she said.
Harsimrat further added that Congress was afraid of the storm of development SAD-BJP government has heralded in state and the kind of response it has received, while the AAP was spending hard earned money of people on conducting fake surveys.
“The AAP leadership was spending donated hard earned money of public to fake surveyors to grind its political axe. 2017 assembly polls will bring Congress strategies and AAP surveys to a grinding halt,”Bathinda MP said.
She said that the one-point agenda of SAD-BJP government was to ensure all around development of state in each and every sphere and the record development ushered is a proof of this agenda.
“The people should learn to differentiate between politics of development and destruction as the anti-Punjab forces have always given step motherly treatment to the state”, she said.
Earlier, the union minister laid foundation stone of water works plant to be constructed at village Kothe Natheana at cost of Rs 1.33 crore
During sangat darshan at village Aklia Khurd, she gave approval of Rs 55 lakh and Rs 15 lakh for various developmental works. Similarly, she gave a grant of Rs 13.5 lakh to village Mehma Sarkari.
She also inaugurated the procurement centers in village Aklia Kalan and approved various projects at village Dan Singh Wala during sangat darshan.
