A Hindi play “Woh chaar din” was staged on the second day of the ongoing Theatre For Theatre (TFT) Dance and Theatre Festival, at the Tagore Theatre on Tuesday.
TFT in association with Punjab Arts Council and MACC Kurukshetra is organising the fest.
The play depicts the ordeal faced by a middle-class family for four days, when a minor girl, Gudiya, is subjected to kidnapping molestation and rape.
Every sequence of the play leaves the audience to contemplate on this heinous crime. The female protagonist Gagandeep Kaur shined due to her her emotional outbursts. Veena Dhir will present Punjabi play ‘Kesro’ on Wednesday.
