The arrest was made on the basis of leads provided by Rakesh Kumar, who was arrested on September 17 for drug peddling, to the police. Salem Tabri SHO inspector Balwinder Singh said Subhash was posted at the city railway station. The accused confessed that he used to pinch drugs found abandoned in trains and sell it among peddlers and addicts.
