Former chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Friday slammed the ML Khattar-led BJP government in Haryana for allegedly failing to provide good governance to the people of the state.

"It seems that for the past three months, there is no government in Haryana. The farmers are annoyed with the BJP government for its failure to supply urea, power and water to them," he said while talking to mediapersons at Barwala town in this district.

Terming the policies of the BJP as anti-people, Hooda said that the government was imposing new conditions on welfare schemes and depriving the people of their benefits.

Congress spokesperson Dharamvir Goyat, former chief parliamentary secretary (CPS) Vinod Bhyana, former MLA Ram Niwas Ghorela were also present at the press conference.
