Indian skipper Sardar Singh, who has been facing charges of sexual exploitation leveled against him by his alleged British fiancée, was ready to face any investigation, he said in a press conference held at Chandigarh.
“We were close friends, but I never took advantage of her. I am ready to face any investigation. I have known her from a very long time, but all the allegations are baseless,” he said.
He alleged that social media accounts were misused by his British fiancée. He said, “I did not operate my social media accounts for a year (2014-2015). She was tweeting pictures and content from my account and then retweeting it from her account. All this will come to light when the investigation starts.”
Singh even denied that he had forced her to undergo an abortion.
