Hitting out at the present SAD- BJP regime, independent candidate from Khadoor Sahib, Bhai Baldeep Singh said Punjab was facing serious crisis and he would raise all the issues during the poll campaign.

The independent candidate, who had contested the 2014 Lok Sabha polls on Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) ticket, said Punjab was in the grip of corruption and drugs. “During my campaigning, I will take up all these issues,” he added.

Lashing out at the Akali Dal, Bhai Baldeep Singh said, “By giving ticket to Ravinder Brahmpura, son of MP Ranjit Singh Brahmpura, the SAD has yet again succumbed to the nepotistic urge, which is so becoming of the party.”

On the recent “sangat darshans” of CM Parkash Singh Badal at Kahdoor Sahib and distribution of huge grants, Bhai Baldeep said, “This clearly shows that the Akali Dal wants to allure the people. This needs to be stopped.”
