The body of an infant was found in the HUDA green-belt park near the civil hospital at Sirsa on Monday, the second such incident in three weeks.
Sources said a few children playing cricket inside the park found the body wrapped in a blanket lying in a corner. The kids informed the adults in the park who later called the police. Police said the body was that of a four-month-old boy.
In an earlier incident, an infant was found buried in the park, but police have yet to find clues about the parents of the babies who were found dead.
"We are investigating the case, soon we will find who have done this," said JJ colony police station incharge, Mangal Singh.
