A security guard Narinderjit Singh said that Raghav misbehaved and exchanged heated arguments with him following which the judge drove the car home. After getting information, SHO Balwinder Singh reached the spot and took Raghav, his car to the Baradari police station.

A battery of BJP leaders arrived at the police station in support of Raghav. Sources said a senior BJP leader intervened in the case and tried to settle the issue. At the time of filling the report, Raghav was in police custody.
