Attack on Kahan Singh Pannu flayed

Agriculture Technocrats Action Committee (AGTAC), Punjab has condemned the attack on director general of school education (DGSE) Kahan Singh Pannu, who is supervising relief works as a representative of Punjab government in flood-ravaged Uttarakhand.

AGTAC general secretary Dr Avtar Singh Othee said that the attack on Pannu was 'most unfortunate' as he was doing his duty diligently. He appealed to the government to get an enquiry done to identify the offenders.

"We condemn the misbehaviour with Pannu who is known to be an upright and hard working officer," he added. He also appealed to all the technocrats of the state to donate their one day basic salary to the flood relief fund.
