Gaushala asked to take care of stray animals

The local nagar council has asked Shri Krishana Gaushala Trust to take care of stray animals wandering freely in the town.


In an official communication to resident of trust executive officer said that it had been brought into his notice that a large number of stray cattle were wandering in the town which often attacked people and created traffic problem. It said that the stray cattle should be taken to gaushala and kept there.

Executive officer Rajiv Obroi said that the nagar council was paying Rs. 30,000 per month to the gaushala for taking care of the cattle. The council has passed a resolution in its meeting on April 12 this year to close down cattle pond. Resolution said that Gaushala would take care of stray animals and a sum of Rs. 30,000 would be given for this purpose.
