Kabbadi player Seetal Singh no more

National level kabbadi player and well-known teacher Seetal Singh Sarao (74) has passed away in America. He was known as Seetal Singh Rauni in the field of kabbadi. He leaves behind his wife and three children.

Seetal Singh was born on June 15 in 1940 in Ropar. In his early school days, he played kabbadi, volleyball and athletics. He started his career as a teacher in 1965 from Government College of Physical College, Patiala.

He also served as a principal in a sports college in village of Mohali district in 1996. He shifted to America in 2000 along with his family. The funeral will be held on May 11 in America.
