Punjab revenue and public relations minister Bikram Singh Majithia chided the Delhi chief minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal saying that the AAP leader has brazenly acted as the apologist for Pakistan by siding with that country in seeking proofs of the surgical strikes and the people will not forgive him for this destructive ideology.

Speaking on the occasion of distribution of cheques worth `1 crore for carrying out developmental works in Begewal, Shamnagar and Dudhala, and inaugurating development projects, Majithia said that Kejriwal is so engrossed in playing politics that he has forgotten that he is striking at the morale of the army.

He said that it is not justified to point fingers at the army that is defending the borders. Questioning Kejriwal, the minister said while the country is standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the army at this juncture, Kejriwal is singing a different tune and acting contrary to the demands of patriotism.
