Chief minister ML Khattar on Monday urged Yoga guru Ramdev to establish yoga institutions in Haryana so as to impart knowledge of yoga to the people of the state. The government would provide full cooperation for this purpose, Khattar said while addressing a gathering at a function organised at Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar.

Khattar assured Ramdev that an 'Acharyakulam' would be set up in each district of the state which would become the first state in the country to have such institutions in all districts.

He requested Acharya Bal Krishan, Ramdev's top aide, to provide assistance to small and marginal farmers of Haryana for planting medicinal plants in their farms so as to promote the use of indigenous medicines and increase the income of farmers.
