Lahore-Delhi bus route changed on fourth day

In the wake of Friday's incident where youth Congress workers blocked the Delhi-Lahore bus near Amritsar, the Lahore-Delhi (Sada-E-Sarhad) and Delhi-Lahore buses route was again changed on Saturday. The buses plyed via Nakodar-Nurmahal-Phillaur. Both the buses that were already running with escorts and pilot vans had more security vehicle deployed on Saturday.

The buses plyed via Nakodar-Nurmahal-Phillaur. Both the buses that were already running with escorts and pilot vans had more security vehicle deployed on Saturday.

SHO (sadar) DS Gill said that he escorted both the buses in Nakodar (sadar) jurisdiction while Nurmahal SHO Vijaykanwarpal escorted these buses in his jurisdiction.
