A week after Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Pakistan an Air Force base in Pathankot was attacked by at least five terrorists dressed in army-style clothing in the wee hours of Saturday.
The attackers are said to be from terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed. They attacked the base around 3.30 am in the morning.
As soon as the news broke, social media was taken by storm.
The who’s who across the region expressed their views on the micro-blogging site Twitter .
Praising the military force and wishing speedy recover for security personnel few of them tweeted,
Punjab PPCC Capt. Amarinder Singh tweeted,
