Lokayukta justice Pritam Pal (retd) on Friday sent notices to Haryana health minister Rao Narender Singh, chief parliamentary secretary Vinod Bhyana and Congress MLAs namely Ram Niwas Ghorela, Naresh Shelwal and Jarnail Singh to appear in person on April 11 before him in connection with their alleged involvement in CLUs' compact disc (CD) case.

It may be recalled that INLD MLAs Ram Pal Majra, Krishan Panwar, Abhay Chautala, Ashok Arora and Pardeep Chaudhary had filed separate complaints against these five Congress MLAs after releasing CDs in which the Congress MLAs can allegedly be seen seeking money in lieu of change of land use (CLU) and other permissions.

Along with the notices, the Lokayukta has sent a questionnaire asking the Congress MLAs for their willingness for the sample of their voice and they could also submit their replies about the genuineness of the CDs. The copies of complaint, copies of CDs and transcripts of these CDs have also been sent to the said MLAs by Lokayukta office.
