Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) organised a 'bhog' of 'Shri Akhand Path' followed by community kitchen service for its hundreds of students, faculty members and employees at its campus on Saturday.
It was organised for its dairy students, who are part of College Of Dairy Science and Technology, and have recently completed their four-year degree (theory) and will proceed for about six month training in the coming days.
SPS Sangha, dean of the college, expressed his happiness on the completion of degree of the students. He said students were bringing laurels to the colleges not only in academics but also in sports and cultural events at national level.
“It was 2011 batch and about 25 students participated in this bhog and community kitchen. Besides, students from other colleges of the university also participated,” added Sangha.
