425 lok adalats resolve more than 2 lakh cases

The district legal services authority has resolved as many as 2, 26, 290 cases in 425 lok adalats till now.

Revealing this Govind Singh, district and session's judge-cum-chairman of the authority said that as many 6,807 needy persons have been provided free legal services by the authority in district till now. Singh informed this during a mega lok adalat camp organised at the new Judicial Complex on Saturday.

Singh said that as many as 385 legal literacy camps have been organised in the district till now while as many 48 cases out of total 175 cases were resolved in the camp on Saturday.

Singh asked the people to avail the services being provided by the authority for speedy and affordable justice.
