Day 2 of Koshish marked by parliamentary debate

Day two of the week-long cultural and literary extravaganza, Koshish, took off with finals of British parliamentary debate competition at the Punjab College of Technical Education (PCTE) Group of Institutes on Tuesday.

It was followed by a group discussion event in which post graduate and graduate students of various courses participated.

Students discussed some of the emerging issues at national and international level in social, political and business environment with zeal. Students also staged street plays to showcase some burning issues in society.

In debate competition, senior wing MBA-2C won the first prize while BBA-3A and BBA-3D won second and third prizes respectively. In junior wing, BCom-1B won the first prize, followed by BCom-1A, and BB-2C won the third prize. In senior wing's quiz competition, MCA-2B won the first prize, while MBA-2C and PGDM-2 won second and third prizes respectively. In junior wing, BCom-2A, BCom-2B and BCA-2C won first, second and third prizes.
