Delhi-based group to set up township at Pakhowal Road

Delhi-based Earth Group is going to set up a township at Pakhowal Road on a piece of 75-acre land.
The group has already started its social activities in the city.


Joint managing director of the group Vikas Gupta said, “While developing the township, the company will keep in mind the present scenario in larger interest of buyers and investors.”

“It is a fact that at present there is a sharp rise in the cost of construction material. As a result, there is increase in the cost of construction. We will keep in mind all these factors so as to give the investors best housing projects at lower rates,” said Gupta.

He said the company was already involved in several philanthropic activities to show its indebtedness to people and society at large wherever its projects were in progress.
