Stolen car, six motorcycles recovered with arrest of nine

The Ludhiana police on Saturday arrested nine persons in three separate cases and recovered six stolen motorcycles and a car from them.


In the first case, the Sahnewal police arrested five persons after recovering five stolen motorcycles from their possession. The accused have been identified as Gurwinder Singh, Jagjit Singh, Gurmeet Singh, Harpreet Singh and Jaswinder Singh.

Meanwhile, the Model Town police arrested George, a resident of Bhagwan Nagar, and recovered a stolen motorcycle from his possession.

The PAU police also arrested three persons and recovered a stolen car from their possession. The accused have been identified as Anish Ahmed, Mohammad Azab Khan and Asaan Ullah Tatir.
