Students of BCM showcase their artistic skills

To exhibit the creative and aesthetic skills of students, an annual exhibition was held on the premises of BCM School, Dugri on Tuesday.

It is a much awaited event for the students as it provides them a platform to exhibit their talent. The event was inaugurated by education advisor RB Khanna and School principal Vandna Shahi.

Models, charts, art and craft items and paintings prepared by kids were displayed class wise on different floors. A center stage, where nukkad nataks were enacted, attracted parents the most. The nukkad nataks highlighted the social issues giving viewers moral messages.

Shahi remarked that it was the obligation of the citizens as such to shoulder the responsibility of a safer and better nation. “We must strive to make a healthy and prosperous India by making its youth socially responsible and mature,” she added.

Kin alleges fellow doctors of harassment

 Just a day after suicide attempted by a woman doctor at Dayanand Medical College and Hospital (DMCH), kin of the deceased have levelled serious allegations against fellow doctors and seniors for harassing her. Though no case has been registered in this context, police are yet to probe the allegations.
