Palmer, an expert in management training, while conducting the workshop said, "Time management is the process of planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase efficiency and productivity."

He said one should be stress free for proper time management. He suggested few techniques to control stress, like deep breathing, concentrating on breathing several times a day. This could be done anywhere, anytime while travelling or while waiting in a queue.

Palmer also conducted a workshop for Montessori teachers up to Class 5 where he briefed on the usage of dramatics and music in making teaching-learning process interesting. He said drama teaches self-control or at times explores emotions to get to the root of the real problem. In the likewise manner, music makes the topic interesting and makes the environment light. Music in the form of rhyme is must for the students till Class 5, he added.

Headmistress Ritu Syal said such kind of workshops help to increase teacher's knowledge and acquaint them with the contemporary techniques for making teaching more interesting.
