Stating that the Malaysian delegation included Hasmah Abdul Manaf and Ameer Izyanif Hamzah, education and promotion officers at Suhakam, an official release said the delegation was led by joint registrar, law and focal point for human rights defender, national human rights commission of India, AK Parashar.

The delegation exchanged information about the working of HHRC and Suhakam while Malaysian delegates praised the functioning of Indian human rights commission and the work of HHRC.
