Man, paramour, her son commit suicide

A 30-year-old married man and his paramour committed suicide reportedly by throwing themselves before a train around 6am on Wednesday near Rodh Nagar railway station of Jhajjar district. The third casualty was woman's year-and-half-old son, whom she was carrying while taking the extreme step.

The deceased have been identified as Ashok Kumar of Chuliyana village; Monika Devi of Ram Gopal colony and her son Naksh. The Government Railway Police said that they found the badly mutilated bodies on the track.

The police said Monika was married to one Anil Kumar and while Ashok also used to live in the same colony with his wife. The police said Ashok and Monika were in love with each other. They had eloped more than a week ago and their bodies were found on the rail track on Wednesday morning. Meanwhile, police have started inquest proceedings under Section 174 of the CrPC.
