The victim, Vikram Kumar, a resident of the same colony, was attacked with bricks and sharp edged weapons on Sunday and succumbed to injuries at PGIMER on Monday late night. He was the owner of Baldev meat shop at the colony.
The police said that the deceased’s brother, Dharminder Kumar, told police that the incident took place on Sunday evening when he along with his brother, Vikram, were having cigratte in the market after closing their shop.
