Mcgrain holds marathon at PAU

A large number of participants took part in a marathon race organised by Mcgrain at Punjab Agricultural University on Sunday evening.

Popular sufi singer Hans Raj Hans was the chief guest at the event where a cultural programme marked the opening of the event. Students from the Blind School presented a welcome song at the beginning.
Students from the university also gave a song and dance at the event.

Punjabi singer Inderjeet Singh Nikku also gave a scintillating performance and enthralled all those who were present.

Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal, BJP leader was also present at the occasion. Participants from all age groups came forward to be a part of the marathon.

"Health plays an essential role in everybody's lives, devoid of their age, cast, creed or gender. Such events encourage one to maintain good health," said particpant Rajyavardhan Singh.

"Performing in front of dignitaries from almost all walks of life enhanced my confidence level and was deeply an enriching experience for me," said Shivi Verma, a performer.
