Minor boy sexually exploited, 2 booked

The district police have booked two people for sexually exploiting a seven-year-old boy of Badduwal village under the Dharamkot subdivision on Saturday. The victim, a Class-3 student, had gone to a fair at Lohgarh village with his maternal grandfather, where suspects Jaswant Singh and Paramjeet Singh took him on a motorcycle.

The district police have booked two people for sexually exploiting a seven-year-old boy of Badduwal village under the Dharamkot subdivision on Saturday.

The victim, a Class-3 student, had gone to a fair at Lohgarh village with his maternal grandfather, where suspects Jaswant Singh and Paramjeet Singh took him on a motorcycle.

On way to Badduwal village, they stopped in fields and sexually exploited the boy. Assistant sub-inspector Bhag Mall of Dharamkot police station said, “After the child complained to her family, a checkup was conducted at civil hospital, Moga.

After the confirmation that the child was sexually exploited, a case under Section 377 of the IPC for was registered.”
