The gangraped hotel employee is shocked that it can happen even when the woman's attire is not "provocative". "I was not in jeans or any short, western dress that would tempt men. I was in salwar-kamiz and walking silently to my house," she said, "Can the moral police explain why I was raped?"

She is afraid of the impact the incident would have on her parents. She had stepped out of her village in Himachal Pradesh after facing much opposition. She has pleaded her colleagues for not informing her parents about the incident.

"when the rapists have stopped me. Besides the sexual assault the accused have hurled the bad words to me that I cannot explain. The language, the rapists have used for me was horrible," said the victim with chocked voice.

"I want to make my parents feel proud about me, but the incident has broken me. My parents will die of shame when they will come to know that I was gang raped by three men. The people of my village will not send their daughters outside after the incident," she added.

The victim further added that she was quite shy of talking to male colleagues in the hotel and always maintained a distance with them.

Explaining the terror the victim said she remembers every word the rapists hurled towards her.

After raping her two of the rapists have provoked their third accomplices to rape me, but he was little reluctant. After provoking by the accomplices the third accused has molested her and bit her on private parts.

"I was on their mercy and was continuously requesting them to leave her, but paying no heed to my pleas the rapists were kept on groping me," said the victim.
