The police are to make any arrests in the robbery at the Punjab and Sind bank, Villa Baju, branch on Thursday. The police is also yet to release the sketch of the accused, something that should have been done within hours of the incident.
Perhaps this inefficiency of the Batala police is what emboldens criminals and is responsible for the increasing number of snatchings and robberies in the city.
