A local court on Thursday issued a notice to Dalbir Kaur, the sister of Sarabjit Singh who was convicted for spying in Pakistan, and Raj Kumar, regional officer of the Central Board of Film Certificate, New Delhi, against a petition demanding ban on upcoming Hindi film ‘Sarbjit’ for having “misleading facts”.

They have been asked to submit reply by May 19 on the petition filed by city-based advocate Arvind Thakur. The film is scheduled to release on May 20. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is playing Dalbir Kaur while the character of Sarabjit is being played by Randeep Hooda.
