Pakistan national held by BSF near Hussainiwala border

The Border Security Force (BSF) nabbed a Pakistan national at the Hussainiwala border in Ferozepur on Monday evening. The intruder, identified as Shah Hussain, was held by BSF personnel of the 105 Battalion about 80 metres inside the Indian territory along pillar number 192/5 of the Indo-Pak border, 11 km from Ferozepur.

The Border Security Force (BSF) nabbed a Pakistan national at the Hussainiwala border in Ferozepur on Monday evening. The intruder, identified as Shah Hussain, was held by BSF personnel of the 105 Battalion about 80 metres inside the Indian territory along pillar number 192/5 of the Indo-Pak border, 11 km from Ferozepur.

The 25-year-old man failed to disclose his address in Pakistan.

A case was registered against him on the complaint of the BSF, following which he was sent to three-day police remand by a local court.

The accused will be sent to the joint interrogation centre, Amritsar, for further investigation, said sources.
